Payment Policy

There are two types of payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Online Payment

Cash on delivery: If the delivery location is inside Dhaka, our delivery agent will collect cash after delivering the ordered product(s). For deliveries outside Dhaka, you may be asked to pay the due amount to the courier before collecting the product(s).

Online payment: You can pay securely through our payment partners, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other methods shown at checkout via SSLCommerz.

Yes. You may pay using Mastercard, Visa, and American Express (AMEX). Proof of identity may be requested for verification.

No. All charges—including delivery fees and applicable VAT—are shown on the checkout page. You only pay the total displayed before confirming your order.

We take payment security seriously. AL LEBAS does not store full card numbers. Card and wallet details are handled exclusively by our payment gateway. Two-factor authentication (2FA) may be required where supported by your bank or wallet.

For declined or unsuccessful payments, contact the bank or financial institution that issued your card or wallet. For order-related payment questions, reach our service centre using the details below.

• Request cancellation through Customer Service as soon as possible after placing the order.
• If payment was collected and the order is cancelled before dispatch, refunds are issued to the original payment method where applicable.
• Once the order is confirmed with our agent or handed to delivery, cancellation follows our shipping and exchange policies.
