You may cancel before order confirmation with our customer service team. After confirmation, cancellation depends on fulfilment status and our shipping & returns policy.

Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged for that order. We may update catalogue pricing at any time. If a clear pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.

Delivery timelines and fees depend on your location and selected method. Estimates are guidance only and may change due to courier capacity or circumstances beyond our control.

Provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability at the delivery location after reasonable contact attempts.
