Shipping Policy

Customers can use nationwide and worldwide shipping when ordering from AL LEBAS. We process one shipping address per order. To ship to a different address, place a separate order. Delivery timing depends on location and delivery type. For some locations outside Dhaka, you may need to collect items from a courier branch.
Delivery Timeline
Ordered product(s) are delivered under a Closed Box Delivery Policy according to the following guidance:

* Free delivery inside Dhaka when order value is BDT 5,000 or above. ** Urgent delivery is not available on Fridays and government holidays. *** International cost depends on destination and parcel weight or size—contact our service centre for an estimate.
Closed Box Delivery Policy
All deliveries are Closed Box: products cannot be returned to the delivery personnel at the door. If there is any anomaly, mismatch, or product issue, record a video while opening the package and contact the Service Centre.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Track your order from Order History after signing in, or call our Service Centre hotline with your order ID.
My Items Haven’t Arrived Yet
First track the order with your order ID. If status is unclear or delayed, contact the Service Centre hotline for an update.
What If I Am Not There to Receive the Order?
Someone on your behalf may receive the order with verification (phone, SMS, order ID, etc.) and acknowledgment as required by the courier or agent.
Wrong Products or Incorrect Quantity
Share an unboxing video of the delivered package(s). Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or adjust your order.
